· Small Business and Residential, Marketing, HR and L&D reside on this floor in addition to the coffee lounge, canteen and games room.
· Small Business & Residential is made up of the following teams
o Sales & Retentions: look after customer sales and retentions
o Technical Support: deal with phone line and broadband issues for customers
o Provisioning: manage orders through to completion including any exceptions
o Product Management: manage the introduction of new products & services and ensure our existing products are competitive
o Systems Development Satellite teams: look after system integrations
· Marketing:
o Marketing Executives: look after marketing strategy & activity for each division
o Digital Marketing; look after our digital marketing strategy and provide content marketing through digital channels
